The apartment building is made up of a four- floored structure whose overall scale is reduced by a glass-walled penthouse on the top floor. Thanks to this, the street features a pleasant, human-scale character. There are ten apartments divided into two entrances. The living is personal, intimate and comfortable. The building has large glazed openings facing south, in order to maximize light and solar energy.
