The major objective of the project was to create, in a volume predefined by the industrial framework elements, a practical, comfortable and aesthetic space for office use.

The old silo’s structure will be cleaned, reinforced and painted, thus preserving the traces of the building's past activity.

A new envelope made by metal slats covers the old concrete structure, forming the new facade that gives a completely modern identity, adapted to the new use of interior spaces.
